Job Title: Assistant Telemarketing Lead

The Assistant Telemarketing Lead will support the Telemarketing Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the telemarketing team while also participating in calls with both new and existing clients. This hybrid role requires a blend of leadership and telemarketing skills, as you will assist in managing team performance, achieving key metrics, and directly contributing to lead generation and client engagement. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, eager to help drive team success and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Team Management Assistance:
o Assist in overseeing the daily activities of the telemarketing team to ensure efficiency and goal achievement.
o Support team members in meeting and exceeding call volume targets and client engagement objectives.
o Help train and onboard new telemarketers, providing guidance on effective communication techniques and sales strategies.
o Monitor team performance, offer constructive feedback, and help resolve any performance-related issues. o Collaborate with the Telemarketing Manager to ensure team goals are aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Client Engagement:
o Actively participate in outbound and inbound calls with both new and existing clients.
o Qualify leads, gather client information, and schedule appointments or follow-ups as necessary.
o Build rapport with clients, address their inquiries, and provide information about products/services.
o Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls.
• Metrics & Reporting:
o Meet and exceed call volume and intake metrics set by the company.
o Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and client feedback.
o Assist in creating reports on team performance and client interactions for management review.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and call tracking software is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and support a team to achieve performance goals.
